LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Aug. 16, 1997--Ticketmaster Onlines' ``All Access'' cyber-chat series at www.ticketmaster.com will host Chrissie Hynde of musical group, The Pretenders on Thursday, August 21 at 6:00 PM (EST). Online fans will have the opportunity to Q&A with Chrissie, as well as a chance to win ``G.I. Jane'' movie T-shirts and CDs from the soundtrack featuring The Pretenders single ``Goodbye.''

Chrissie Hynde with the The Pretenders recorded ``Goodbye'' as well as ``The Homecoming'' for ``G.I. Jane'' -- Hollywood Pictures' latest big screen action-drama which opens in theaters August 22. Directed by filmmaker Ridley Scott (``Alien,'' ``Blade Runner''), ``G.I. Jane'' stars Demi Moore, Viggo Mortensen, and Anne Bancroft. The breakout single, ``Goodbye'' written by Steve Earle debuted as a new video directed by acclaimed music video helmer Marcus Nispel (Janet Jackson, Elton John, etc.).

``I was really flattered when Ridley asked me to contribute music to his film,'' says Hynde of her first meeting with Ridley Scott, ``G.I. Jane's'' director. ``The opportunity to sing Steve Earle's 'Goodbye' was an opportunity I couldn't pass up.''
